Month 10, Day 297

Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health

Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic waking up early to run before it got too hot.  I was well rested after my sleep, so I got out of bed and put on my shorts and running shoes.  My leg muscles were less sore than they have been after my workout yesterday.  I like being a morning person and I did a warm up routine of 25 jumping jacks and some stretching and then took off running in Grand Junction, CO.  I ran a down a usually busy street in the early morning to Rocket Park where I found a bar to do 5 & 3/4 pull ups, and 6 chin ups before running back to my starting point.  At the end of the route, I was able to again pass the one mile challenge (2.0 miles, Odometer = --.- miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.

Fitness: Back at my home, I stretched for a few minutes before I continued my routine.  I did 3 sets of 16 dumbbell rows (8 each arm, 48 total) using a guitar in a case as weight, stretch.  I also did 3 sets of 8 push-ups (24 total).  I continue to enjoy my commitment to not using gym machines because I don't need a gym.

Spiritual Reading: No Faith ND today, it is Saturday

Reward

Reward time = breakfast of cereal and hike on Crag Crest Trail
