Month 11, Day 304

Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health

Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic  today as I struggled mightily to get out of bed.  Despite my exhaustion, I was able to arise from my sleep and put on my shorts and running shoes.  I was sore in my leg muscles not from working out but from sitting for so many hours in the car driving the last 2 days.  I like being a morning person and after I did a warm up routine of 25 jumping jacks and some stretching I took off running in Sonoma, California.  I ran through the quiet wine county neighborhood on a cool morning that was shrouded in mist.  Eventually, I was able to find a tree that had a branch that was usable for me to do 5 pull ups, and 5 & 1/2 chin ups before arriving back at the house I was staying at.  At the end of the route, I was able to again pass the one mile challenge (1.2 miles, Odometer = --.- miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.

Fitness: Back at the house, I stretched for a few minutes and I continued my routine.  I did 3 sets of 18 dumbbell rows (9 each arm, 54 total) using a backpack as weight, stretch.  I also did 3 sets of 9 push-ups (27 total).  I continue to enjoy my commitment to not using gym machines because I don't need a gym.

Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health

Spiritual Reading: No Faith ND today, it is Saturday

Reward

Reward time = breakfast of oatmeal.
