Month 11, Day 313

Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health

Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic today as I after a slightly restless but quality night of sleep.  As I lay in bed motivating myself to wake up, I was very sore, especially in my legs from my my workout yesterday.  I got up and put on my running shorts, and shoes.  I like being a morning person and after I did a warm up routine of 25 jumping jacks and some stretching outside, I took off running in Grand Junction, CO.  I ran my normal, but slightly longer route at first along the busy street to Rocket Park where I did 6 pull ups, and 6 chin ups before running along the less busy street and arriving back at home.  At the end of the route, I was able to again pass the one mile challenge (2.6 miles, Odometer = --.- miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.

Fitness: Back at my home, I stretched for a few minutes and I continued my routine.  I did 3 sets of 18 dumbbell rows (9 each arm, 54 total) using a bocce ball set in a case as weight, stretch.  I also did 3 sets of 9 push-ups (27 total).  I continue to enjoy my commitment to not using gym machines because I don't need a gym.

Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health

I have been fortunate enough to pay off all my debt, travel to all 7 continents, and complete a Bachelors of Psychology & MBA in Finance. I am eternally grateful to the brilliant and self-less people who have gone before me to pave the road.
