Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health
Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic today but it was not immediately following yet another restless night of sleep. First, I had to board a plane to Missoula, MT. When I got there I was very sore. Not so much my legs from my my workout yesterday, but my lower back from weeding my lawn for several hours. It was late afternoon by the time I finally was able to run. I put on my running shorts, and running shoes. I like being a morning person but that didn't really apply since I spent it traveling. Nonetheless, I did a warm up routine of 25 jumping jacks and some stretching outside, and then I took off running in Missoula, MT. I ran to along the Rattlesnake Creek to a park where I did 6 pull ups, and 4 & 1/2 chin ups before running completing the loop. At the end of the route, I was able to again pass the one mile challenge (2.0 miles, Odometer = --.- miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.
Fitness: Back at my home, I stretched for a few minutes and I continued my routine. I did 3 sets of 18 dumbbell rows (9 each arm, 54 total) using a backpack as weight, stretch. I also did 3 sets of 9 push-ups (27 total). I continue to enjoy my commitment to not using gym machines because I don't need a gym.
