Month 11, Day 317

Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health

Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic today but was slow to get out of bed after a much needed and restful night of sleep.  A combination of sleep deprivation due to poor sleep in over the past week and being sore in my legs from my my workout yesterday caused me to  sleep in long than I had anticipated.  I like being a morning person and when I did finally roll out of bed, I did a warm up routine of 25 jumping jacks and some stretching outside, and then I took off running in near Polson, MT.  I ran along Flathead Lake to the edge of the water where I finally was able to find a tree branch that allowed me to do 6 pull ups, and 6 chin ups before completing the out and back.  At the end of the route, I was able to again pass the one mile challenge (2.2 miles, Odometer = --.- miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.

Fitness: Back at my home, I stretched for a few minutes and I continued my routine.  I did 3 sets of 18 dumbbell rows (9 each arm, 54 total) using a backpack as weight, stretch.  I also did 3 sets of 9 push-ups (27 total).  I continue to enjoy my commitment to not using gym machines because I don't need a gym.

Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health

I have been fortunate enough to pay off all my debt, travel to all 7 continents, and complete a Bachelors of Psychology & MBA in Finance. I am eternally grateful to the brilliant and self-less people who have gone before me to pave the road.
