Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health
Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic today but woke up a little later than I had hoped after a night of sleep where my body demanded more sleep than I expected it would need. I was a bit sore in my legs from my my workout yesterday which made my stretching of my legs in bed feel like I could just lay there forever. I like being a morning person and when I did finally roll out of bed, I did a warm up routine of 25 jumping jacks and some stretching outside, and then I took off running in near Polson, MT. I ran along Flathead Lake to the edge of the water where I went to the same tree branch that I had used 2 days ago. I did 6 pull ups, and 6 chin ups before completing the out and back. At the end of the route, I was able to again pass the one mile challenge (2.2 miles, Odometer = --.- miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.
Fitness: Back at my home, I stretched for a few minutes and I continued my routine. I did 3 sets of 18 dumbbell rows (9 each arm, 54 total) using a backpack as weight, stretch. I also did 3 sets of 9 push-ups (27 total). I continue to enjoy my commitment to not using gym machines because I don't need a gym.

Reward time = breakfast of egg casserole and cantaloupe.
