Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health
Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic this morning when I woke up after a nice night's sleep. It was not over sore from my workout yesterday, although my right ankle was tight which concerns me because I have been waiting for it to heal. I like being a morning person and after putting on my running shoes, and shorts, I did a warm up routine of 25 jumping jacks and some stretching before jogging through Grand Junction, Colorado. I ran on a very busy street luckily it was a little bit earlier today than yesterday so there was a little less traffic. At the end of the route, I was able to again pass the one mile challenge (2.0 miles, Odometer = ---.- miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.
Fitness: Back at my home, I stretched for 2 minutes and continued my routine. Yesterday was an upper body day so today was a lower body day. I did 3 “sets” of each movement. 3 sets of 12 squats (36 total) increasing by 1 each rep today, then stretch. 3 sets of 18 lunges (9 each leg, 54 total) increasing by one each leg per rep today, then stretch. 3 sets of 16 “breaths” of planking, stretch. I can do all of this without needing a gym.

Meditation: I did not make time to meditate today and the day got away from me.
Reward time = breakfast of cereal with oats.
