Month 11, Day 326

Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health

Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic this morning when I woke up after a nice night's sleep.  This morning I was sore in both my arms and legs from my workout yesterday.  I like being a morning person and after putting on my running shoes, and shorts, I did a warm up routine of 25 jumping jacks and some stretching before jogging near Flathead Lake near Polson, Montana.  I ran with Lisa out towards the main road and while we ran we were passed by a few cars.  On the way back there was a detour that took us up a steep hill to a fantastic view out over the lake and mountains.  At the end of the route, I was able to again pass the one mile challenge (4.9 miles, Odometer = ---.- miles).  It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.

Fitness: Back from the run, I was not able to find time to stretched for any minutes or able to continue my routine.  Yesterday was an upper body day so today was a lower body day.  Unfortunately there was not time for any squats or lunges or planking.  It is a good thing that I don't need a gym.

Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health

Spiritual Reading: No Faith ND today, it is Sunday.  At church I used my homemade journal to ask God how I could become the best version of myself.  I wrote the words "humility is truth" inspired by Luke 14: 7-14

Meditation: I set my alarm for 2 minutes walking meditation and 2 minutes sitting meditation as part of my meditation practice using my stress eraser.  During the 2 minutes walking meditation (one, 6 foot section) the sensor tracked ok and I scored 5 points.  During the sitting meditation, I breathed deeply and at the end the sensor read 11, 6 more for sitting (Point Count = -,---).  During the sitting my left ankle was in pain from sitting cross legged.  It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, spiritually although I do note the paradox of public spirituality.

Reward

Reward time = breakfast of breakfast burritos.
