Month 11, Day 327

Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health

Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic getting out of bed after a restful night's sleep.  I was a bit sore in my legs from my my workout yesterday.  I like being a morning person and I got up and put on running shorts and shoes then went outside.  I did a warm up routine of 25 jumping jacks and some stretching outside, and then I took off running near Polson, Montana.  I ran along Flathead Lake to the edge of the water to my favorite tree branch that allowed me to do 6 & 1/4 pull ups, and 6 1/2 chin ups before completing the out and back.  At the end of the route, I was able to again pass the one mile challenge (2.2 miles, Odometer = --.- miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.

Fitness: Back at my home, I stretched for a few minutes and I continued my routine.  I did 3 sets of 18 dumbbell rows (9 each arm, 54 total) using a backpack as weight, stretch.  I also did 3 sets of 9 push-ups (27 total).  I continue to enjoy my commitment to not using gym machines because I don't need a gym.

Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health

Spiritual Reading: Faith ND

Meditation: I set my alarm for 2 minutes walking meditation and 2 minutes sitting meditation as part of my meditation practice using my stress eraser.  During the 2 minutes walking meditation (one, 6 foot section) the sensor to a while to begin tracking and I scored 2 points.  During the sitting meditation, I breathed deeply and at the end the sensor read 9, 7 more for sitting (Point Count = -,---).  It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, spiritually although I do note the paradox of public spirituality.

Reward time = breakfast of egg casserole and fruit.
