Month 12, Day 347

Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health

I was not able to continue my routine because I had committed to go hiking with my friends.  It was a short, 0.5 mile sunrise hike to the Mesa Arch in Canyonlands, UT on a sunny autumn Sunday morning.  The weather was perfect, a bit cool when the hike began but warming as the sun began to peak over the mountains in the distance.  The company was high-quality, and the mountain views expansive.  After a short walk back out to the trailhead where the car was parked, we began the drive home.  Needless to say there was no lunges or pushups or anything of the sort.  But there was some stretching after the hike back at trailhead.

Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health

Spiritual Reading: No Faith ND today, it is Sunday. At church I used my homemade journal to ask God how I could become the best version of myself.  I wrote the words "cannot serve 2 masters" inspired by Luke 16:1-13

I have been fortunate enough to pay off all my debt, travel to all 7 continents, and complete a Bachelors of Psychology & MBA in Finance. I am eternally grateful to the brilliant and self-less people who have gone before me to pave the road.
