Month 12, Day 353

Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health

Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic by waking up early after a restful night's sleep.  I was not overly sore from exercising yesterday.  I like being a morning person and I got up and put on running shorts and shoes.  I did a warm up routine of 25 jumping jacks some stretching outside before I took off running the dewy but cool morning air in Lewisburg, TN.  I ran the same route up the hill by the school, out to the main road, and back to use my favorite metal bar on the swing set to do 6 & 3/4 pull ups, and 6 & 1/4 chin ups before continuing the run.  I ran back and at the end of the route, I was able to again pass the one mile challenge (1.0 miles, Odometer = --.- miles).  It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.

Fitness: Back at the start, I stretched for a few minutes and I continued my routine of body weight training.  I did 3 sets of 20 dumbbell rows (10 each arm, 60 total) using a large tree branch set as weight, stretch.  I also did 3 sets of 10 push-ups (10 total).  I continue to enjoy my commitment to not using gym machines because I don't need a gym.

Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health

Spiritual Reading: No Faith ND today, it is Saturday.

Meditation: I did not have time to meditate today.

I have been fortunate enough to pay off all my debt, travel to all 7 continents, and complete a Bachelors of Psychology & MBA in Finance. I am eternally grateful to the brilliant and self-less people who have gone before me to pave the road.
