Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health
I woke up early after a cold sleep at a friend's house in Salt Lake City, but not early enough to fit in a morning routine and get on the road north to Montana. Again, I was going to have to be creative with how I was going to find time for my daily personal development routine. In the afternoon, I found time to put on my running shoes (my stimulus), arm warmers, and running shorts and go for a run in Montana. Even though being a morning person had nothing to do with the afternoon run, I did a warm up routine of 35 jumping jacks and a bit of stretching. I found a road to run on near Flathead Lake, MT and was met by a setting sun and blasts of icy winds from the west when I was exposed to the lake. I ran up a very steep hill which I was labored in my breathing and slow in my steps. I ended up at the mailboxes before turning around due to time constraints and a dull pain in my left knee. At the end of my route, I arrived back at the car barely missing the one mile challenge (0.9 miles, Odometer = 127.4 miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.
Back at the car, I stretched for 2 minutes before continuing my routine. Yesterday was an upper body day so today was a lower body day. I did 3 “sets” of each movement. 3 sets of 9 squats (27 total), then stretch. 3 sets of 16 lunges (8 each leg, 48 total), then stretch. 3 sets of 20 “breaths” of planking, stretch.
Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health

I set my alarm for 4 minutes of walking mediation and 4 minutes of sitting meditation as I continued my meditation practice. I used my stress eraser. During the 4 minutes of walking meditation (two, 8 foot sections) the sensor tracked ok and I scored 8 points. I did 4 minutes of sitting meditation and finished with a point count of 24, 16 more for sitting (Point Count = 531). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, spiritually.
Daily Priority #3 - Intellectual Health
I wasn't able to sneak in any time to write (words written --, Word Count = 4908). despite there always being time to write.
Reward time = no breakfast today as a reward like usual, but I did feel really good about sneaking in the routine in the afternoon.
