Month 3, Day 72

Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health

Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic as I woke up later than I wanted but early enough to still get in a morning run after a great sleep.  Glad to be a morning person, I put on my running shoes (my stimulus), arm warmers, and running shorts and did a warm up routine of 35 jumping jacks and a bit of stretching.  I ran through the streets of Boise, ID as it was still dark out.  There was snow on the ground, but the lack of early morning traffic made the frigid job worth it.  I passed by a homeless man pacing back on forth on the corner of the park trying to keep warm through the last bit of night.  I had passed him 3 days in a row and today we greeted each other, cheerfully.  At the end of my route, I arrived back at the house I was staying at, again passing the one mile challenge (1.5 miles, Odometer = 138.8 miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.

Fitness: Back at the house, I stretched for 2 minutes before continuing my routine.  Yesterday was an upper body day so today was a lower body day.  I did 3 “sets” of each movement.  3 sets of 10 squats (30 total), then stretch. 3 sets of 16 lunges (8 each leg, 48 total), then stretch.  3 sets of 20 “breaths” of planking, stretch.

Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health

Spiritual Reading: Faith ND.

Meditation: I messed up today and did not get any meditation time in.  Even at night I was too tired and just went to bed (Point Count = 686).  It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, spiritually.

Daily Priority #3 - Intellectual Health

Writing: I wrote more on "the Russian visa debacle" (words written 129, Word Count = 6977). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a writer because there is always time to write.

Daily Priority #4 - Emotional Health

Inspiration: Today I started something new.  The Simple Dollar shares 10 Pieces Of Inspiration (Inspiration Shared = 1).

Contemplation: Today I also started another new thing, I reflected on past Reminiscinable Shared Experiences (RSEs) when I wrote 1 BC.

Reward time = breakfast of biscuits and gravy.

Journey far,

― Joe
