Month 3, Day 73

Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health

Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic as I intentionally slept in this morning in order to get 10 hours of sleep at the end of an exhausting week.  Finally up and at 'em, I appreciated being a morning person and set to work putting on my running shoes (my stimulus), arm warmers, and running shorts.  Going for a run with Lisa, we walked outside to find the snow in Boise, ID from previous days all gone.  I skipped a warm up routine and did 0 jumping jacks and zero stretching.  I began to run through the Boise neighborhood and up into the front range on muddy dirt trails.  Before heading back to the house I was staying at, I found a pull bar at a playground and did 4 pull ups, and 2 & 1/2 chin ups.  My route allowed me to again pass the one mile challenge (4.2 miles, Odometer = 143.0 miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.

Fitness: Back at the apartment I was staying at, I stretched for 2 minutes and continued my routine.  I did 3 sets of 18 dumbbell rows (9 each arm, 54 total) using a full backpack as weight, stretch and 3 sets of 9 push-ups (27 total).  I continue to enjoy my commitment to not using gym machines.

Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health

Spiritual Reading: Faith ND.

Meditation: I set my alarm for 4 minutes of walking mediation and 4 minutes of sitting meditation as I continued my meditation practice.  I used my stress eraser. During the 4 minutes of walking meditation (two, 8 foot sections) the sensor tracked well and I scored 9 points. I did 4 minutes of sitting meditation and the stress eraser tracked great after a quick reset.  I finished with a point count of 25, 16 more for sitting (Point Count = 711).  It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, spiritually.

Daily Priority #3 - Intellectual Health

Writing: I wrote more on "the Russian visa debacle" (words written 213, Word Count = 7260). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a writer because there is always time to write.

Daily Priority #4 - Emotional Health

Inspiration: The Simple Dollar shares 10 Pieces Of Inspiration (Inspiration Shared = 2). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, inspirationally.

Contemplation: I reflected on past Reminiscinable Shared Experiences (RSEs) when I wrote 2 BC. It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, in my reflections.

Reward time = breakfast of biscuits and gravy.

Journey far,
