Month 4, Day 89

Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health

Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic after yet another night that I deprived myself of sleep up playing cards with family.  Luckily, I am a morning person so I was able to lift myself out of bed while no one else was awake and sneak in a meditation before putting on my running shoes (my stimulus), arm warmers, running shorts, gloves, and earmuffs.  I did a warm up routine of 35 jumping jacks some stretching inside since it was dark and frigid outside.  I began to run through the condo area of Big Sky, MT.  The temperature were again down around 0 degrees with several feet of snow on the ground and but no morning sunrise in sight.  I ran up a hill towards the tree that I had used previously to do pull ups and chin ups.  I did 4.5 pull ups, and 2 & 2/3 chin ups.  My route allowed me to pass the one mile challenge (1.0 miles, Odometer = 168.7 miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.

Fitness: Back at the condo I was staying at, I stretched for 2 minutes and continued my routine.  I did 3 sets of 20 dumbbell rows (10 each arm, 60 total) using a bundle of firewood as weight, stretch.  I also did 3 sets of 10 push-ups (30 total).  I continue to enjoy my commitment to not using gym machines because I don't need a gym.

Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health

Spiritual Reading: No Faith ND daily passage today, it is Sunday.  At church I used my homemade journal to ask God how I could become the best version of myself.  I wrote the words "Magi travel together" from Matthew 2: 1-12

Meditation: I set my alarm for 4 minutes of walking mediation and 4 minutes of sitting meditation as I continued my meditation practice.  I used my stress eraser. I had to use a bathroom to have privacy for both walking and sitting because people were starting to wake up in the condo.  During the 4 minutes of walking meditation (two, 6 foot sections) the sensor tracked well and I scored 9 points.  I did 4 minutes of sitting meditation. I focused on breathing and at the end the total read 29 points, 20 more for sitting (Point Count = 1137).  It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, spiritually.

Daily Priority #3 - Intellectual Health

Writing: I continued writing about"Nomadic Exhaustion" today (words written 305, Word Count = 12,469). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a writer because there is always time to write.

Daily Priority #4 - Emotional Health

Inspiration: The Simple Dollar shares 10 Pieces Of Inspiration (Inspiration Shared = 18). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, inspirationally.

Contemplation: I reflected on past Reminiscinable Shared Experiences (RSEs) when I wrote 18 BC. It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, in my reflections.


Reward time = breakfast of cereal and working on my laptop using my fitdesk (7.5 miles, Odometer = 446).  It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a rider.
