Month 4, Day 91

Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health

Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic another night that I deprived myself of sleep, this time up working on a side gig project.  Luckily, I am a morning person so I was able roll out of bed and sneak in a meditation before putting on my running shoes (my stimulus), arm warmers, running shorts, gloves, and earmuffs.  I did a warm up routine of 35 jumping jacks some stretching outside in the cold, winter early morning of Billings, MT.  I began to run through the neighborhood where temperatures were in the low double digits and dull, black ice covered half the sidewalks and roads.  I ran to a park where I did 4.5 pull ups, and 3 chin ups.  My route allowed me to pass the one mile challenge (1.2 miles, Odometer = 171.1 miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.  The big difference today was that I felt like I wanted to keep running and running forever.  It was bliss cut short by things to do.

Fitness: Back at the apartment I was staying at, I stretched for 2 minutes and continued my routine.  I did 3 sets of 20 dumbbell rows (10 each arm, 60 total) using a full backpack as weight, stretch.  I also did 3 sets of 10 push-ups (30 total).  I continue to enjoy my commitment to not using gym machines because I don't need a gym.

Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health

Spiritual Reading: Faith ND

Meditation: I set my alarm for 4 minutes of walking mediation and 4 minutes of sitting meditation as I continued my meditation practice.  I used my stress eraser.  Although others were awake in the apartment, I was bold and snuck in my mediation right in the living room in front of the couch.  During the 4 minutes of walking meditation (two, 6 foot sections) the sensor tracked well and I scored 15 points.  I did 4 minutes of sitting meditation. I focused on breathing and at the end the total read 30 points, 15 more for sitting (Point Count = 1190).  It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, spiritually.

Daily Priority #3 - Intellectual Health

Writing: I continued writing about"Nomadic Exhaustion" today (words written 216, Word Count = 12,942). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a writer because there is always time to write.

Daily Priority #4 - Emotional Health

Inspiration: The Simple Dollar shares 10 Pieces Of Inspiration (Inspiration Shared = 20). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, inspirationally.

Contemplation: I reflected on past Reminiscinable Shared Experiences (RSEs) when I wrote 20 BC. It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, in my reflections.

Daily Priority #5 - Professional Health

Side Gig: I continued adding onto my side gig today (words written 494, Word Count = 494).  Starting something new has been since July, 2015 in the mental formation process.

Reward

Reward time = breakfast of yoghurt & granola & banana and a morning working on my laptop using my fitdesk (9 miles, Odometer = 460.5).  It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a rider.
