Month 4, Day 93

Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health

Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic after going early to bed and getting a full night's sleep, Being a morning person allowed me to spring out of bed and sneak in a meditation before putting on my running shoes (my stimulus), arm warmers, running shorts, gloves, and earmuffs.  I did a warm up routine of 35 jumping jacks some stretching outside in the cold, although it did not feel as cold today as in days past since the temperature must have been almost 20 degrees fahrenheit in Billings, MT.  I began to run through the neighborhood dull, ice still covered half the sidewalks and roads, undeterred, I felt like a gazelle as I ran to a park where I did 4 & 2/3 pull ups, and 4  chin ups.  My route allowed me to pass the one mile challenge (1.2 miles, Odometer = 173.4 miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.

Fitness: Back at the apartment I was staying at, I stretched for 2 minutes and continued my routine.  I did 3 sets of 22 dumbbell rows (11 each arm, 66 total) using a full backpack as weight, stretch.  I also did 3 sets of 11 push-ups (33 total).  I continue to enjoy my commitment to not using gym machines because I don't need a gym.

Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health

Spiritual Reading: Faith ND

Meditation: I set my alarm for 4 minutes of walking mediation and 4 minutes of sitting meditation as I continued my meditation practice.  I used my stress eraser.  Becuase of the early hour, only one other person was awake in the apartment so I snuck in my mediation right in the living room in front of the couch.  During the 4 minutes of walking meditation (two, 6 foot sections) the sensor tracked poorly due to low batteries (I think I put rotten batteries in it last week).  I had to reset it half way through and I scored 8 points.  I did 4 minutes of sitting meditation. I focused on breathing and at the end the total read 23 points, 15 more for sitting (Point Count = 1243).  It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, spiritually.

Daily Priority #3 - Intellectual Health

Writing: I continued writing about"Nomadic Exhaustion" today (words written 241, Word Count = 13,435). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a writer because there is always time to write.

Daily Priority #4 - Emotional Health

Inspiration: The Simple Dollar shares 10 Pieces Of Inspiration (Inspiration Shared = 22). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, inspirationally.

Contemplation: I reflected on past Reminiscinable Shared Experiences (RSEs) when I wrote 22 BC. It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, in my reflections.  I had to resist the urge today to expand to 2 BC posts per day.  I resisted because my habits are not yet strong enough to support it.

Daily Priority #5 - Professional Health

Side Gig: I continued adding onto my side gig writing about Sue and Tom (words written 454, Word Count = 1404). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started on my project because never too late to start a business.

Reward

Reward time = breakfast of yoghurt & granola & banana and a morning working on my laptop using my fitdesk (17 miles, Odometer = 491.5).  It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a rider.

Journey far,

― Joe
