Month 5, Day 119

Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health

Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic after a long sleep.  I woke up nice and early, well before dawn, because I can because I am a morning person.  I got out of bed and put on my running shoes (my stimulus), arm warmers, and running shorts.  I did a warm up routine of 35 jumping jacks and some stretching inside.  I ran in west Seattle toward the west Seattle Stadium.  The morning was brisk temperature-wise the darkness was shaping up to be a gorgeous day.  I did notice that my body was less sore than it has been in previous days which was a nice touch.  When I got to the west Seattle stadium, I had it all to myself and I cruised around it twice, with my brain on auto-pilot, whihc was also nice.  However on the second time around I almost forgot to stop at the stationary tent/ carport where I have been doing pull ups.  I did 6 & 1/4 pull ups, and 4 & 1/5 chin ups.  Then I ran back to the apartment.  At the end of my route, I was able to again pass the one mile challenge (1.6 miles, Odometer = 212.9 miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.

Fitness: Back at the apartment I was staying at, I stretched for a few minutes while I cooled down before I continued my routine.  I did 3 sets of 24 dumbbell rows (12 each arm, 72 total) using a full duffle bag as weight, stretch.  I also did 3 sets of 13 push-ups (39 total).  I continue to enjoy my commitment to not using gym machines because I don't need a gym.

Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health

Spiritual Reading: Faith ND

Meditation: I admittedly totally spaced meditating today.  Oooops, I will try again tomorrow.

Daily Priority #3 - Intellectual Health

Writing: I continued to write "beat down by the winds of change" (words written 238, Word Count = 21,132).  It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a writer because there is always time to write.

Daily Priority #4 - Emotional Health

Inspiration: The Simple Dollar shares 10 Pieces Of Inspiration (Inspiration Shared = 48). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, inspirationally.

Contemplation: I reflected on past Reminiscinable Shared Experiences (RSEs) when I wrote 48 BC. It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, in my reflections.

Daily Priority #5 - Professional Health

Side Gig: I continued adding onto my side gig writing about Kate (words written 112, Word Count = 7,118).  It amazes me how far I have come from where I started on my project because never too late to start a business.

Daily Priority #6 - Financial Health

Money Management: I finally picked back up where I left off began by finishing reading through Mr Money Mustache's posts in May 2011 (Reading Days = 2).  It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a reader, but I also am making a mental note of how adding this 6th thing appears to put me at a tipping point for some reason.

Reward

Reward time = breakfast of eggs, toast, and a banana and an afternoon of working on my laptop using my fitdesk (11 miles, Odometer = 714).  It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a rider.
