Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health
Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic after really short night's sleep in which I stayed up too late reading and sorting blog entries. My upper body and especially my lower body were not overly sore or tight from all the exercise yesterday. This either means my body is adapting or the pull up bar being slightly too think is not working. I will hope it is the former. I like being a morning person because I got up and did a meditation before putting on my running shoes (my stimulus), arm warmers, and running shorts. I did a warm up routine of 35 jumping jacks and some stretching inside. It was a brilliantly beautiful day in west Seattle there was a thin layer of light blue clouds and the sun was rising. I ran to the track where there was one other guy in a bright neon yellow running jacket. I went around twice, passing the man on my first go around and greeting him good morning. As I ran the standing water from a rain the night before misted up onto my legs. When I was done at the track, I exited and ran up the slight him to connect back to the street on the hill, my breath challenged me and my legs felt tired. Maybe I had run really fast around the track!?! At the end of my route, I was able to again pass the one mile challenge (1.6 miles, Odometer = 214.5 miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.
Fitness: Back at the apartment I am staying in, I stretched for 2 minutes before continuing my routine. Yesterday was an upper body day so today was a lower body day. I did 3 “sets” of each movement. 3 sets of 13 squats (39 total), then stretch. 3 sets of 18 lunges (9 each leg, 54 total), then stretch. 3 sets of 23 “breaths” of planking, stretch. I can do all of this without needing a gym. The interesting development was that when I went slower on the downward lunge, my muscles were challenged more.
Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health
Spiritual Reading: Faith ND
Meditation: I set my alarm for 4 minutes of walking mediation and 4 minutes of sitting meditation as I continued my meditation practice using my stress eraser. During the 4 minutes of walking meditation (two, 6 foot sections) I the sensor tracked well and I scored 12 points. During the 4 minutes of sitting meditation, the stress eraser continued to track well while I focused on breathing and I finished with a point count of 34, 22 more for sitting (Point Count = 1857). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, spiritually.
Daily Priority #3 - Intellectual Health
Writing: I continued writing about "beat down by the winds of change" (words written 351, Word Count = 21,483). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a writer because there is always time to write.

Side Gig: I continued adding onto my side gig writing about Kate (words written 292, Word Count = 7,410). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started on my project because never too late to start a business.
