Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health
Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic after a full night's sleep. Today, my upper body, and lower body were both sore due to all the exercise yesterday. I like being a morning person and I set to work putting on my running shoes (my stimulus), arm warmers, and running shorts. I did a warm up routine of 35 jumping jacks and some stretching inside while waiting for Lisa. Then, we took off running to the west Seattle track on a nice, but cloudy winter morning. Two times around the track and then back to the apartment. By the end of my route, I was able to again pass the one mile challenge (1.6 miles, Odometer = 232.5 miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.
Fitness: Back at the apartment I was staying in, I stretched for 2 minutes before continuing my routine. Yesterday was an upper body day so today was a lower body day. I did 2 “sets” of each movement. 2 sets of 14 squats (28 total), then stretch. 2 sets of 18 lunges (9 each leg, 36 total), then stretch. 2 sets of 24 “breaths” of planking, stretch. I can do all of this without needing a gym.
Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health
Spiritual Reading: No Faith ND today, it is Saturday
Meditation: I was not able to wake up in time to sneak in a mediation. Nonetheless, (Point Count = 2098) it amazes me how far I have come from where I started, spiritually although I can't help but notice the irony of public spirituality.
Daily Priority #3 - Intellectual Health
Writing: I continued writing about "beat down by the winds of change" (words written 247, Word Count = 24,593). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a writer because there is always time to write.
Daily Priority #4 - Emotional Health
Daily Priority #5 - Professional Health
Side Gig: I continued adding onto my side gig writing about Ken (words written 220, Word Count = 9,095). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started on my project because never too late to start a business. Although I will admit that I actually wrote this tomorrow.
Daily Priority #6 - Financial Health
Reward time = breakfast of oatmeal and a banana.
