Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health
Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic after a sleep where I deprived myself by staying up late working on a PDF project. Today, my lower body was mildly tight but not overly sore due to all the exercise yesterday. I like being a morning person and I set to work putting on my running shoes (my stimulus), and running shorts. I did a warm up routine of 35 jumping jacks and some stretching outside while waiting for Lisa. Then, we took off running through the suburban neighborhood in Vancouver, WA on a pleasant morning. At the end of my route, I was able to again pass the one mile challenge (2 miles, Odometer = 238.9 miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.
Fitness: Back at the house I was staying in, I stretched for 2 minutes before continuing my routine. Yesterday was an upper body day so today was a lower body day. I did 3 “sets” of each movement. 3 sets of 14 squats (42 total), then stretch. 3 sets of 18 lunges (9 each leg, 54 total), then stretch. 3 sets of 24 “breaths” of planking, stretch. I can do all of this without needing a gym.
Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health
Spiritual Reading: Faith ND
Meditation: I was not able to wake up in time to sneak in a mediation. Nonetheless, (Point Count = 2,134) it amazes me how far I have come from where I started, spiritually although I can't help but notice the irony of public spirituality.
Daily Priority #3 - Intellectual Health
Writing: I was not able to continued writing about the "Trans-Siberian Railroad" (words written ---, Word Count = 24,800). Nonetheless, it amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a writer because there is always time to write.
Daily Priority #4 - Emotional Health
Daily Priority #5 - Professional Health
Side Gig: I was not able to continue adding onto my side gig writing about Ken (words written ---, Word Count = 9,419). Nonetheless, it amazes me how far I have come from where I started on my project because never too late to start a business.
Daily Priority #6 - Financial Health
Money Management: I was unable to continue reading through Mr Money Mustache's posts because I did not have the time (Reading Days = 10.6). Nonetheless, it still amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a reader.
Reward time = breakfast of cereal and a banana.
