Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health
Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic after a full and restful sleep. I woke up a bit sore in my neck (...?) and the outside of my hips from my workout yesterday. I like being a morning person because I was able to set to work putting on my running shoes (my stimulus), arm warmers, running shorts, and a pair of thin knit gloves. I did a warm up routine of 35 jumping jacks and some stretching outside. Then, I stepped outside into the cold sunrise-filled morning in Liberty Lake, WA. I ran along the Spokane River on the Centennial Trail. I did a loop and at the end of the route, I was able to again pass the one mile challenge (1.4 miles, Odometer = 259.2 miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.
Fitness: Back at the apartment I was staying at, I stretched for a few minutes while I cooled down before I continued my routine in a small workout room of the common area. I found two straps hanging from the ceiling and I did 6 & 2/3 pull ups, and 3 & 1/5 chin ups. I did 3 sets of 28 dumbbell rows (14 each arm, 84 total) using a full backpack as weight, stretch. I also did 3 sets of 14 push-ups (42 total). I continue to enjoy my commitment to not using gym machines because I don't need a gym. The number of chin ups was low because the straps hanging from the ceiling were far apart.
Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health
Spiritual Reading: Faith ND
Meditation: I set my alarm for 4 minutes of walking mediation and 4 minutes of sitting meditation as I continued my meditation practice using my stress eraser. During the 4 minutes of walking meditation (two, 6 foot sections) the sensor tracked well and I scored 18 points. During the 4 minutes of sitting meditation, I breathed deeply while I focused on "our fighting negates the one thing we know" and the sensor tracked well. At the end of the 4 minutes, I finished with a point count of 38, 20 more for sitting (Point Count = 2,321). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, spiritually although I do note the paradox of public spirituality.
Daily Priority #3 - Intellectual Health
Writing: I continued writing about the "Trans-Siberian Railroad" (words written 17, Word Count = 27,263). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a writer because there is always time to write.
Daily Priority #4 - Emotional Health
Daily Priority #5 - Professional Health
Side Gig: I was not able to continue adding onto my side gig writing about Steve (words written ---, Word Count = 10,774). Nonetheless, it amazes me how far I have come from where I started on my project because never too late to start a business.
Daily Priority #6 - Financial Health
Money Management: I was not able to continued reading through Mr Money Mustache's posts in May 2012 (Reading Days = 13). Nonetheless, it amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a reader.
