Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health
Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic after a short night's sleep up late coding for Intentionality Ink. I woke up not really sore in any area from my workout yesterday. I like being a morning person because I was able to transition to a new work space and do some more Intentionality Ink coding before putting on my running shoes (my stimulus), arm warmers, and running shorts. I forgot to do a warm up routine of 0 jumping jacks but a little stretching inside. Then, I stepped outside into the sun filled but cool day in Spokane, WA. I ran with Lisa through the neighborhood in the south hill doing a loop ending through Lincoln Park. At Lincoln Park I used a park play structure with a cross bar that was a bit too thick and I did 6 & 2/3 pull ups, and 5 & 7/8 chin ups. At the end of the route, I was able to again pass the one mile challenge (3.8 miles, Odometer = 264.4 miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.
Fitness: Back at the apartment I was working at, I stretched for a few minutes while I cooled down before I continued my routine. I did 3 sets of 28 dumbbell rows (14 each arm, 84 total) using a full backpack as weight, stretch. I also did 3 sets of 14 push-ups (42 total). I continue to enjoy my commitment to not using gym machines because I don't need a gym.
Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health
Spiritual Reading: Faith ND
Meditation: I set my alarm for 4 minutes of walking mediation and 4 minutes of sitting meditation as I continued my meditation practice using my stress eraser. During the 4 minutes of walking meditation (two, 6 foot sections) the sensor tracked well and I scored 18 points. During the 4 minutes of sitting meditation, I focused on "gratitude transforms us beyond the pinnacle of secular life -- human flourishing" and at the end of the 4 minutes, I finished with a point count of 34, 16 more for sitting (Point Count = 2,388). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, spiritually although I do note the paradox of public spirituality.
Daily Priority #3 - Intellectual Health
Writing: I continued writing about the "Trans-Siberian Railroad" (words written ---, Word Count = 27,263). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a writer because there is always time to write.
Daily Priority #4 - Emotional Health
Daily Priority #5 - Professional Health
Side Gig: I was not able to continue adding onto my side gig writing about Steve (words written ---, Word Count = 10,774). Nonetheless, it amazes me how far I have come from where I started on my project because never too late to start a business.
Daily Priority #6 - Financial Health
Money Management: I was not able to continued reading through Mr. Money Mustache's posts in May 2012 (Reading Days = 13). Nonetheless, it amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a reader.
Reward time = breakfast of yoghurt with oats & chia seeds and a banana and a day of working on my laptop using my fitdesk (14.5 miles, Odometer = 977.5). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a rider.
