Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health
Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic after a short night's sleep because I was transitioning time zones. I woke up sore in my legs and calves from my workout yesterday. I like being a morning person because I was able to meditate before putting on my running shoes (my stimulus), arm warmers, running shorts, and thin knit gloves. I did a warm up routine of 35 jumping jacks and some stretching inside. Then, I stepped outside into the raining and cold morning in Spokane, WA. I ran through the neighborhood in the south hill to a nearby park. At Thornton Murphy Park, I used a park play structure with a monkey bars that were too close together and I did 7 & 1/4 pull ups, and 6 & 2/3 chin ups. At the end of the route, I was able to again pass the one mile challenge (1.7 miles, Odometer = 280.6 miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.
Fitness: Back at the apartment I was working at, I stretched for a few minutes while I cooled down before I continued my routine. I did 3 sets of 28 dumbbell rows (14 each arm, 84 total) using a full backpack as weight, stretch. I also did 3 sets of 15 push-ups (45 total). I continue to enjoy my commitment to not using gym machines because I don't need a gym.
Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health
Spiritual Reading: Faith ND
Meditation: I set my alarm for 4 minutes of walking mediation and 4 minutes of sitting meditation as I continued my meditation practice using my stress eraser. During the 4 minutes of walking meditation (two, 6 foot sections) the sensor tracked poorly and I scored 6 points. During the 4 minutes of sitting meditation, I focused on "Magi travel together" and at the end of the 4 minutes, I finished with a point count of 9, just 3 more for sitting (Point Count = 2,397). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, spiritually although I do note the paradox of public spirituality.
Daily Priority #3 - Intellectual Health
Writing: I was unable to continue writing about the "Trans-Siberian Railroad" (words written ---, Word Count = 27,263). Nonetheless, it amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a writer because there is always time to write.
Daily Priority #4 - Emotional Health
Daily Priority #5 - Professional Health
Side Gig: I was not able to continue adding onto my side gig writing about Steve (words written ---, Word Count = 10,774). Nonetheless, it amazes me how far I have come from where I started on my project because never too late to start a business.
Daily Priority #6 - Financial Health
Money Management: I was not able to continued reading through Mr. Money Mustache's posts in May 2012 (Reading Days = 13). Nonetheless, it amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a reader.
