Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health
Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic after a restful night's sleep. When I woke up, my body was a sore both in my shoulders and legs from all the exercise yesterday. Being a morning person I put on my running shoes (my stimulus), running shorts, and arm warmers and did a warm up routine of 35 jumping jacks and some stretching inside before I took off running along the Spokane River near Riverside State Park. I ran an out and back on a quiet and peaceful morning along the river. I got rained on a bit but the run was therapeutic. At the end of the route, I was able to again pass the one mile challenge (3.3 miles, Odometer = 283.9 miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.
Fitness: Back at the apartment that I have been working at, I stretched for 2 minutes before continuing my routine. Yesterday was an upper body day so today was a lower body day. I did 3 “sets” of each movement. 3 sets of 15 squats (45 total), then stretch. 3 sets of 20 lunges (10 each leg, 60 total), then stretch. 3 sets of 25 “breaths” of planking, stretch. I can do all of this without needing a gym.
Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health
Spiritual Reading: Faith ND
Meditation: I was unable to make this happen today.
Daily Priority #3 - Intellectual Health
Writing: I was not able to continue writing about the "Trans-Siberian Railroad" (words written ---, Word Count = 27,263). Nonetheless, it amazes me how far I have come from where I started, as a writer because there is always time to write.
Daily Priority #4 - Emotional Health
Daily Priority #5 - Professional Health
Side Gig: I was not able to continue adding onto my side gig writing about Steve (words written ---, Word Count = 10,774). Nonetheless, it amazes me how far I have come from where I started on my project because never too late to start a business.
Daily Priority #6 - Financial Health
Reward time = breakfast of cereal with oats and a banana.
