Month 7, Day 190

Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health

Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic waking up early after a sleep in a very comfortable bed.  I woke up sore from my workout yesterday and especially from having carried boxes while moving.  I like being a morning person but today I just did not have the energy to get up before and run before I had to drive across Washington state.  Therefore, it wasn't until the afternoon that I did a warm up routine of 35 jumping jacks and some stretching inside.  I stepped outside on a sunny and bright spring afternoon in Seattle, WA.  I ran through the neighborhood near the apartment that I was working at.  There was a lake that I ran around and I found a place to do 7 & 1/3 pull ups, and 7 chin ups before running back to my starting point.  At the end of the route, I was able to again pass the one mile challenge (2.9 miles, Odometer = --.- miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.

Fitness: Back at the apartment I was staying at, I stretched for a few minutes while I cooled down before I continued my routine.  I did 3 sets of 30 dumbbell rows (15 each arm, 90 total) using a as dumbbell weight, stretch.  I also did 3 sets of 15 push-ups (45 total).  I continue to enjoy my commitment to not using gym machines because I don't need a gym.

Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health

Spiritual Reading: Faith ND

Meditation: I set my alarm for 4 minutes walking meditation and 4 minutes sitting meditation as I continued my meditation practice using my stress eraser.  I did 4 minutes walking meditation (two, 6 foot sections) where the sensor tracked well and I scored 11 points.  During the 4 minutes of sitting meditation, I focused well and I finished with a point count of 28, 17 more for sitting (Point Count = -,---).  It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, spiritually although I do note the paradox of public spirituality.

Reward time = breakfast of eggs.
