Spiritual Reading: Faith ND
Meditation: I set my alarm for 4 minutes of sitting meditation and 4 minutes sitting meditation as I continued my meditation practice using my stress eraser. The reason for double sitting is because I was in my car waiting. During the 8 minutes of sitting meditation, I focused well and breathed well and I finished with a point count of 40 (Point Count = -,---). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, spiritually although I do note the paradox of public spirituality.
Reward time = breakfast of pancakes and an egg.
