Daily Priority #1 - Physical Health
Exercise: I continued with my fitness epic waking up very early after a very short sleep. I woke up with a slight soreness in my lower back from my workout yesterday. I like being a morning person so I did a meditation and then set to work with a warm up routine of 35 jumping jacks and some stretching outside in the cool spring morning in Seattle, WA. I ran around a nearby lake where I have been working during the day and I found a school where I did 7 pull ups, and 7 chin ups before running back to my starting point. At the end of the route, I was able to again pass the one mile challenge (2.9 miles, Odometer = --.- miles). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, physically.
Fitness: Back at the apartment have been working at, I stretched for a few minutes while I cooled down before I continued my routine. I did 3 sets of 30 dumbbell rows (15 each arm, 90 total) using a full backpack as weight, stretch. I also did 3 sets of 15 push-ups (45 total). I continue to enjoy my commitment to not using gym machines because I don't need a gym.
Daily Priority #2 - Spiritual Health
Spiritual Reading: Faith ND
Meditation: I set my alarm for 4 minutes walking meditation and 4 minutes sitting meditation as I continued my meditation practice using my stress eraser. I did 4 minutes walking meditation (two, 6 foot sections) where the sensor tracked extremely well despite me not feeling like I had particularly good focus or breathing and I scored 23 points. During the 4 minutes of sitting meditation, the sensor continued to track well in spite of good focus and I finished with a point count of 40, 17 more for sitting (Point Count = -,---). It amazes me how far I have come from where I started, spiritually although I do note the paradox of public spirituality.
